Process of Coaching: First Steps:
- We will explore your needs and concerns and the changes you want.
- We will then help you devise various ways to get what you want, as far as that is realistic and possible.
- A Combination of practical problem solving.
- Some NLP Neuro Linguistics Coaching.
- Appropriate Cognitive Behavior approaches.
- Realistic exercises for your goals and action planning techniques.
- Focus on your Success Drivers (what you must have on a job).
- Discovering your most important criteria for your career.
- Tools that are useful and successful on the Job Search.
- A safe, quiet and non-distracting environment.
- Your session will generally be from 30 minutes to 1 hour (in person, telephone, or by email). Of course, this could change, based upon your assignments and needs.
- Together we will design the ground rules for our coaching relationship.
- All of our sessions are confidential.
- Your success will be proportional to how much you commit to the Coaching process and completing the exercises on time.

- For clients who are financially challenged, WINNING WAYS is open to invoicing at an agreed monthly rate that works for all.
- In order to pre-qualify for the Winning Ways programs, you will need to complete a Client Profile questionnaire which will be given to you on the first consultation meeting.
